The Bodyline Multi-Purpose Dust Extraction block is a key piece of equipment in helping to shape a repair correctly. The hole configuration on the block ensures the best results are achieved when used alongside the Bodyline Gripspeed Strips.
To guarantee that the best results are achieved with a repair the abrasive blocks used must equal the ever changing performance and technology advancements. Sanding blocks have made a huge leap forward in performance especially in terms of dust extraction; this reduces clogging of the abrasive whilst providing a longer service life of the abrasive.
Most modern vehicles have curves and shapes, therefore by using a curved profiled block it will make sure you do not flat spot the shape, it enables all of the abrasive to remain intact with the substrate.
With a simple click and release system to change the flatting heads, the Bodyline Multi-Purpose Block makes it extremely easy to change to the required profile. The lightweight, interchangeable block comes with 4 different heads covering all your sanding needs for all vehicle concaves and shapes, this allows for faster sanding and improved dust extraction - helping to save time and money.
The suction power can be fine-tuned by using the air release device on the hoover attachment; this ensures the block can move easily over the repair without too much suction.
